Yes it does sound like a foreign language! I have often been asked by learn.net users who are having trouble downloading files, if I can help them. Now I will have a few clues about how they can convert their files. This is a great tool and anyone with an email account can use it.

Good point about Zamzar being a useful tool for those with email accounts already. It can be a daunting task to sign up as a first time user (esp. if you're not a fan of pcs). Congratulations - you've completed the 2nd task :-)
